Owner & Demolition Specialist
Liam Patton is a Vancouver-based entrepreneur and operator behind GoJunkGo, a fast-growing demolition company serving Vancouver and the Lower Mainland.
Liam's path into demolition didn't start with a polished brand or big investment. Back in 2019, he was running demolition and salvage jobs across the Lower Mainland, getting hands-on experience in job sites, material handling, and the realities of construction cleanup. Over the years, he built strong relationships with contractors, property managers, and developers while developing a reputation for showing up, working hard, and getting the job done right.
During that time, Liam regularly worked alongside and partnered with GoJunkGo. In January 2025, he officially took over the company and has since scaled operations alongside his wife, Maddy. Today, GoJunkGo runs a fleet of trucks across Metro Vancouver, handling everything from selective interior strip-outs to full structural demolition and debris removal.
Liam brings a unique mix of discipline and strategy to the business. A former football player at Bishop's University, where he studied politics and economics, he applies that same competitive mindset and structured thinking to building systems, growing teams, and improving operations.
Under Liam's leadership, GoJunkGo has continued to expand across Vancouver, Burnaby, Coquitlam, and surrounding Lower Mainland communities, focusing on reliable service, fast turnaround times, and responsible disposal practices. The company prioritizes recycling, donation, and proper waste handling wherever possible, helping reduce landfill impact while keeping projects efficient for contractors.
At its core, Liam's approach is simple: build a solid team, take care of customers, and execute consistently. That philosophy has turned GoJunkGo into a trusted name for demolition in Vancouver, whether it's a selective interior demo or a large-scale structural teardown.
